We don't know the nodes. The operators, location, IP address, and content of the community nodes are unknown to us. We only measure whether a node responds via Tor.

METHOD
Every community node requests its operating authorisation once a minute. The Authority then independently connects back to the node over Tor and requests a signed response. Only this return connection counts as proof of reachability. If it succeeds at least once within five minutes, the node is considered reachable; a single interrupted Tor connection attempt does not count as an outage.
Results are summarized in five-minute windows. The service is available if at least one relay and one storage node were reachable within the window. Time without measurement appears grey and does not count towards the percentages.
Only proportions and durations are published. The number of nodes and their identifiers do not appear anywhere on this page or in the raw data.
